Since I made investment with bitcoin (Altcoin Trader)mining September 2018 until today is September 2021 I didn t withdraw even a sent from this account, because the acount is blocked. How can I benefit my account because it’s already three years now and is already matured.

Good day I made a deposit on the 5/11/2021 I wrote reference wrong but I try to send email it’s not going . What could be a problem
