Customer service lines very loud, impossible to hear the operator who proceeded to ask 20 questions to verify who I am including what the address on my bank account and address provided for my emirates ID a) why does amazon have access to these details and b) these are utterly inappropriate customer queries being asked to verify my identity, this has nothing to do with Amazon and I don’t believe they should even be privy to this info. All false Promises and cheating Amazon.ae is doing these days. Once they deliver wrong product and you give cash on delivery – they will not REFUND your money,moreover they want you to call 100 time to call center so that you get frustrated and they win the game. Their call center supervisor will promise you to give you call in 30mins but you keep on waiting for more than 15 days..you will not get any call. Worst customer service .. I must tell UAE buyers kindly check your products for cash on delivery mode . As once you hand over the money this Amazon.AE will not REFUND your money.. Initially they will be very polite to ask you to update your bank account details etc..So that they can refund in your account …you just keep waiting… Nothing will come. I placed my orders on 12th September and was even disappointed when I have 4 items and it needs to be delivered twice, meaning I have to pay 2 delivery charge. Well, it’s fine. But the most disappointing is when I kept tracking my order and it says on your site that it’s “DELIVERED” and I DON”T RECEIVE any delivery. The delivery date were supposed to be 16-17 September, 2019 and until now, no order delivered.

I even got the email saying me address was changed and delivery will be tomorrow. And today morning driver called me that he is at my home and he cannot deliver to different location (which is 10 min away!) and I have a choice – either he will leave it in front of the door or I can get it tomorrow! Amazon’s delivery service become very worst since moving from Souq.com to Amazon.ae
Your delivery people has a mind of their own and they don’t care about the customer receiving their orders, they just deliver items without even calling the customer first, and often, if they call and customer can’t answer (maybe they are in a meeting or whatever), the status immediately turns to uncontactable, without even trying to call first. The customer ends up contacting customer support to follow-up.
Suggestion: You should have a delivery timing option in your site, so the customer can be sure when to receive their orders. Other retail shop has this option, and they are not even as big as Amazon in comparison.
Please sort out your Customer Service, or people will move to other online retail shop with a much better customer service experience.

This is not acceptable from a company like amazon, I will report this to the HQ and will report him to the police if I do not receive my delivery by tomorrow.

Long story short; There was a product posted on the site, I clicked buy and it was accepted. 2 days later, the order gets canceled for no reason and the price of the product doubles. amazon have biggggggggggggest fake items and very poor service i have a very bad experience for many times with them they are the biggest cheaters ever and their delivery’s guys are thief’s…. be careful with this companies who not providing any contact with delivery and contact number ,,
after they been cheated with my order i make a complains than after that they disconnect their numbers
Pathetic customer service…. Nobody giving proper communication to the customers.I am still waiting for refund it’s been more than one week. no response at all. I ordered one stuff on last Jan 2020. Delivery date was Feb 4th 2020. (delivery date was too long) Since i didn’t received the stuff i requested to refund the cash. But i didn’t get my refund so far.
My order number being #404-9380953-4047525, i am paying extra money for express delivery and your delivery person comes without informing me and leaves in 10 minutes, he is so rude and says that he can come back only tomorrow. why am i paying extra ?
It was my first order with amozon and will be the last. pathetic.

the delivery guys doesn’t deliver the shipment directly to me and they are leaving at the door step without informing me…sometimes to the security of the building.. really feel very bad about amazon service.. i called their customer care number and they are saying that i have to put a note while ordering to deliver it to me only.. i havent seen such option btw.. very strange..
I have ordered from amazon it was a foundation max performance but i have received expired product both of them i am very much disappointed and it all about waist of Your money they should not give any expired product to their customer i am gonna share this experience with my all friends not to by any product from this side.

I placed an order for Iphone 13 pro Max-256gb silver color in amazon ( dubai online site ) and i got the shipment of Iphone 12 pro max 512gb, and in the shipment package my order number is mentioned wrong, when i contacted amazon back with regard to wrong shipment to me,immediately they have arrange delivery person ( courier service ) and i returned the same item which i received from amazon, when i contacted for amazon for refund , they are asking me to sent Original product ,i explain them whatever shipment received from amazon i returned the same item, but these amazon team is denying my request and its taking time to process the refund. if i received the correct item as i ordered online then i would’nt have returned them.
