3. How do I deposit a coin with only an address?

• Once you’re logged into your account, click on “Wallet” at the top of the ATAIX dashboard, which will take you to a new page with all your crypto balances.
• You will see the list of coins to the left of the screen. Click on the coin you’d like to deposit. This will show you your wallet address and the QR code for it. Copy the deposit address by clicking on the button to the right of it, then paste it into your coin’s wallet to deposit your desired amount.
• You can alternatively use the QR code shown above the address to deposit.

4. How do I do a card transfer?

• Once you’re logged into your account, click on “Wallet” at the top of the ATAIX dashboard, which will take you to a new page with all your balances.
• Scroll down and choose “Euro”. Type in the amount you would like to deposit and click “Deposit” below the field. You will be taken to a new payment page where you can select the type of card you would like to use, after which you can type in all your card information. Fill out at the fields and click “Pay Securely” at the bottom. Deposits may take up to three business days, but are usually available after one. Please note that deposits under 50 euros will be lost covering service fees, so please deposit a minimum of 50 euros.
