1. How to use Binance Account to Log in to Binance JEX?
- First visit JEX.com (For some regions, VPN might be needed ). Enter login page and click (I am from Binance, click to login) button.
- Then Login Page will be redirected to Authorization Page. Input your Binance Account ID and Password in (1) and (2).
- If you’ve set SMS verification or 2FA verification, you will be directed to the Verification Page to enter the SMS verification code or 2FA verification code.
- After entering the correct verification code, you can successfully use your Binance account to trade in JEX.com

2. How can I make my account safer?
- Finish all the items of security settings.
- Upgrade the login authentification as “login password+google authenticator”.
- Upgrade the second verification as “message authentification code+ google-authenticator”.
- Do not disclose message authentification code and google authenticator to anybody.
- Launch such security settings as mobile phone verification of your bound mailbox, so as to ensure the safety of your mailbox.
- Please contact customer service immediately to have your account frozen, in case of abnormality of your account.
3. How to unlock the account?

- Full-face photo of ID card (no larger than 2M)
- Reverse side photo of ID card (no larger than 2M)
- Full-face photo of yourself with a brief note and your ID card in hand (The words “activate the account” are on the note. And the picture should be no larger than 2M)
