No Response From Customer Care. please don’t use bitbns exchange, there is no security and no customer service, i have raised ticket (305545 on 4-8-2021) but still no response.
Last 10 days I am trying to my Bank Verification, for testing purposes before further investing money . I mail several times , received answer but nobody contact me to resolve the problems. Also for bank Verification I transferred some token amount from my two bank , but the money is also not reflected in my wallet , since last 7 days . In mail I have send the reference no with snapshot . I have already invested some amount , but unable to withdraw .
