1. Does BodyGuardz pay for return shipping?

  • BodyGuardz does not cover shipping costs on orders returned for a refund.
  • To remain eligible for future replacements, the Advantage Program requires broken protectors to be returned. Shipping is not covered.
  • Broken protectors can be returned in a standard envelope for the cost of a stamp.

2. When will my order ship?

  • After placing your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
  • Click here to view your recent order and track the status. The tracking information will be available within 24-48 hours of shipment.
  • The daily shipping cutoff is 11 am ET Monday-Friday for all shipping services.
  • Backorders and pre-orders will not arrive within 24-48 hours. You will receive a confirmation when the order has shipped.

3. Do you ship to my country?

  • In order to verify that we ship to your international address, simply place the products you want in your cart. Once you proceed to checkout, you can look in the shipping and tax estimate to confirm that we ship to your country.
