I went to the counter to pay for the lacoste white shoes when the filipina (kacy), not sure of the name, lady sales girl said that they will not sell it to me because it has a wrong barcode. Frustrating, you are ready to purchase the item and then they will tell you its not for sale just like that. Brands for less branch in al barsha 1 in front of enoc petrol station.
I was visited one of your branch at IBN battuta mall purchasing 1 item (shoes). When i am at the till cashier ask me if i have app?. Which i reply no. But your cashier i think shes not on mood. very rude the way she talk to me. Joanna her name. I am quite nice when i approach her at the till. I am asking her if shes ok?. Because one of the item i purchase while putting at the bag. She bang in front of till thats the time i was so upset. Hoping for your staff not doing this all the time. Very rude!!
