1. How to deposit the money?
- In order to deposit the money to your BTC-Exchange account, you need to have a BTC-Exchange account within the Mistertango account.
- Once you are logged in, click on Bitmarket account and choose Deposit.
- Enter the amount you wish to trade and click Next.
- Within few minutes your money should be on BTC-Exchange account.
- Login to Mistertango by following this link: https://bank.mistertango.com/
NOTE: FIAT deposits from other banks are not possible at this time. All deposits coming from other banks will be returned with a charge of 15 EUR fee.

2. How can I withdraw currency?
- To withdraw cryptocurrency you need to go to Funds and the select currency you want to rebase.
- Click button withdraw.
- Enter the crypto wallet’s address where you want to withdraw the currency.
- Select an amount and other details (if required for some currencies).
- Click Withdraw.
NOTE: make sure you enter the correct wallet address. Withdraw can not be reversed.
3. How to activate the 2 factors authentication (2FA)
- If you are using a BTC-Exchange account through the Mistertango account, the Two Factors Authentication setting should be already turned on for you.
- If 2FA is not turned on, then go to Mistertango account and under settings choose 2FA and which ways you would like to authorized (SMS or Email).
- This will help to speed up EUR withdrawal to the Mistertango account.
- If you are using a BTC-Exchange account directly (only users registered before 2017) open settings and check “Login using 2 Factors Authentication”.
