Verification Process
- To start using our site you just need the e-mail verified.
- To withdraw, your identity must be verified in that moment either by 2 Factor Authentication or a code sent to your phone via SMS.
- If your assets are about USD 10000 or more, it is necessary TO VERIFY the account by sending a legal ID scan and Address proof that must be approved by our support department
- Also, verified accounts never expire. Unverified accounts will be deleted if no activity is detected for one year or more.
- The status of all verifications can be seen on your profile’s page.

On the top left corner of the trading page is the markets, hovering over that box will show a menu so you can filter some markets you don’t want to see.

Orders
On the top right corner of the trading page will appear your open orders, bids, or asks, and if you click on one of them, it will be canceled.
Also hovering over that box will give you options to cancel all orders or just bid/asks.

When a trade between users succeeds, they are shown on the bottom left corner, and if it was your order, it will show a star on it.

FAQs
1. How to Withdraw?
- In the “Balances” tab access the withdraw page of the coin. Add a destiny address to your user’s list by clicking in “Manage Address” and on the field “Label” you can enter a name to remember it.
- You can then click on withdraw all or manually fill the amount, then make sure that the number entered has the right format. Remember to check the minimum required! The fee will be added to that amount later, so remember to subtract the fee from the total amount if you want to withdraw it all.
- Enter the authentication code, and remember that this code is only valid for 30 seconds.
- Then submit.
2. How to Deposit?
- To make your first deposit, you need to have your e-mail verified and the 2nd Factor Authentication configured.
- The instructions and the deposit address of each coin can be found on the Balance’s Page.
3. How to create an order?
There are two fast ways:
- Click on the balance shown above the form, that will populate the form with that amount, and the last price of the market, then you can edit as you please those numbers.
- Click on an open order shown below the form, that will populate the form with that order’s amount and price, then you can edit as you plese those numbers, or confirm to accept that order’s condition and make the trade right away.
