- Enter the OTP and click on Submit.
- Your INR will be transferred to your bank account within 6 hours.

I have made my first deposit on May 18, 2021. It is not credited to my wallet yet . I would like this clarified immediately. Also it would be convenient to have a customer support number , so that we can contact to resolve the issue at the earliest . I spend around 1.35 lakhs.. and when the price went high and i am about to sell. App and website automatically logged out. And when i tried to login again. It’s showing otp sent but i am not getting any otp. Because of this i am in loss now. And I am not able to find any customer care number. There will be 99% chance to loose your money if you are able to login and sell on right time. You guys intensionally set like this. I just want to recover and leave this bullshit as soon as possible. I faced the same problem, was logged out suddenly.
No OTP for re-login. All trades got hit and I think I’m in loss now.
Worst thing is they don’t have any customer support, last time I raised a ticket for login issue 10 days back.

We understand now that you’re incapable of delegating solution, at least have a the audacity to provide a decent customer support. People are investing their hard earned money and you don’t give a shit!
You could at least update us if this is some network congestion or some server issues or we and our money is screwed.
They mention 24*7 customer support Just for show off. And then they mention xcuse in mail. Because of getting larger request we will take time to process your request.

I have used mobikwik app to deposit money till 21 may 2021. There were no charges applicable for transfer of any deposit in any wallet in any bank. But now 22 may 2021 mobikwik wallet is charging 1.5 %+ 18% gst for all deposits. If I wish to deposit 1,00,000 INR , I will be loosing 1500+270=1770 inr just to deposit money to trading account. Why are you coindcx guys into extortion. Look out for any other payments bank charging 0% like all banks usually do. Change the mobikwik app link for deposits. You guys should be helping out investers instead of looting them. What problem do you guys have changing the wallet when it is causing inconvenience to your investor. Do it ASAP. Also have an 24/7 customer care support with voice calls so we can address our issues faster.

I try to add fund of 1079 on 26th June 2021. Money has been debited from my account but it has been stuck to mobikwik (the mediator ) and acording to their term and condition I should get my refund withing 7 days .
It’s been almost 10 days and I don’t get my money back .
I don’t know why you are taking too much time to resolve simple problem .
Kindly resolve my problem.

My money is diduct in my account but not refund to my account
I deposited some amount from my account to dcx account but it aint showing the deposited amount. This has even happend before even i made a complaint but no action was taken. So i guess i shall file a petition against you fraudsters. Kindly revery or be ready for good actions against you.
My Rs. 20000/- is deposited in NEBLIO TECHNOLOGIES PVT.LTD. HDFC Bank account and UTR NO: SBIN421159040972 on 08/06/2021. I am unable to deposit it in INR Wallet because there is only mobikwik transfer so my amount is stuck with you and unable to trade. pl. deposit it in INR wallet or refund to my bank account so that I can transfer by mobikwik.
