I’m having a PEO TV connection 0112231463 and I need to get an other connection to my room.
What should I Do ?
This is to be informed that I was raised many many complained with regards to fault of PEO TV Fiber line disconnection since last 04 days back. I was received calls from Technicians Moratuwa SLT branch to explained description of fault so I was explained some days twice a day and awaiting at home their arrival. It is sad to that non of Technicians were sighted to home till to date. How ever as usual to day I was again inquired the action of progress from one of Technician answered SLT person that It is supersized to here one of Technician was made in Log entry PEO TV Box is defective and waiting new one to replaced. I was asked from him who they were decided without visit my house.I have a ambiguity there is big ply out in SLT among Technician to create shortage of PEO TV Boxes in SLT to provide customers in view of un available in SLT stocki. How ever fault PEO TV connection was rectified with connecting and dialing 1212 through ON duty gentlemen instructions without replacing a box. Please look forward the matter with Moratuwa SLT exchange field officers of 0710124586 , 0712345678 , 0703454002 by inquiring re ordering of PEO TV connecting boxes and miss leading and miss guiding your valuable SLT customers.
