1. How to Depositing digital assets?
Process
- Log in to your CrossTower Global account.
- Go to the Account page.
- Click the deposit icon next to the digital asset you would like to make a deposit.
- Your deposit address & QR code will be shown, make a deposit by sending digital assets to your deposit address. You can copy and paste your deposit address or scan the QR code if it’s supported by your app.
- You can click Copy to copy your deposit address to your clipboard, or click Create New to create a new deposit address.
2. How to Withdrawing digital assets?
Process
- Log in to your CrossTower account.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Click the withdrawal icon next to the digital asset you would like to make a withdrawal of.
- Enter the Amount, Withdrawal Address & 2FA Code, then click Withdraw.
- You will receive a confirmation email, click the link in the email to confirm your withdrawal.
3. How to Change your account password?
- Log in to your CrossTower Global account.
- Go to Settings -> Security.
- In the Change Password section, enter your current password, new password and confirm new password. Please note that the password must be 6-255 characters long and contain at least one: number; uppercase letter; and lowercase letter.
- Click Change Password.
- Now your password has been changed.
