I lost money i can’t login I mesage a many time and nobody care
I sent a large amount of money to this outfit via wire just short of 3 weeks ago. It still hasn’t hit my crypto.com fiat account. It’s been almost 3 weeks now. They continue to close in-app message chats. They say they are working on it, but continue to state only that, that they are working on it. There has been only 1 customer care agent, Sophie, who really seemed to care and said she would pursue it with her team. But bc the chats keep closing there is no way to update it. I have proofs of funds wired in correctly. Also spoke with my bank and they confirmed they added the unique code required to send to Crypto.com’s bank, which Metropolitan Commercial Bank. I recently emailed them but to no avail yet.
So far I am very unsatisfied at the level of service available for a transaction of this magnitude. I joined this app bc of the great references and the ability to trade crypto from contacts. But they are sorely lacking on their back end for customer support for an issue of such great importance such as missing wired funds. They have the funds, they simply won’t send them back. Buyers beware. While this is a developing situation, thus far the experience has been utterly terrible.
Same thing is happening to me. No funds visible yet on my crypto account. It’s been a couple of days. I am planning to dispute the transaction but I don’t know if that is still possible .

I’ve been trying to get in touch with a representative from your company. I can’t access my account & when I do speak with someone I get hung up on everytime. I have sent in my Driver’s license numerous times and I still can’t log in. I just want my money transferred to my bank account since y’all seem to have a problem running a business.

I downloaded the app and I try to set up an account I reach to the point of scanning my id and it won’t let me do it

I’ve approached the crypto market for the first time trusting crypto.com as a safe platform to use to invest my money. After the first use I’ve felt so not protected and not safe like never before. I’ve tried to contact the customer care onto different platforms where you hope to find support and understanding, but instead I’ve been treated with ingnorance and unprofessionalism to the point I’m still chasing for my money on my own not understanding what’s going on and how to proceed. I hope this message will reach who’s tempted to start investing in crypto. The company crypto.com is not a safe system/platform/tool to use
