1. How do I change my shipping address?

  • The shipping address for your order can only be changed prior to your seller shipping your package. After your package has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed.

2. How to cancel an order that the seller has not shipped?

  • Step1. Go to My Orders and select Awaiting Shipment section.
  • Step2. Select the order you want to cancel.
  • Step3. Select the Request Refund button.
  • Step4. Select the Refund Reason and Refund Amount
  • Step5. Select Submit a request to finish the process
  • After submitting the request, the seller will be given 7 days to respond to the proposal, once the seller agrees with the cancellation, the system will refund automatically.

3. How do I pay by Credit Card?

  • When you select Credit Card as the payment method, you will be taken to a site where you can pay your order.
