- Click on the “Forget Password?” button at the middle of the login page to enter the “Reset Password” page.
- Please enter your “email address or phone number” you have registered with us. Please be reminded that you will be unable to withdraw your assets for 48 hours after resetting your login password due to security reasons. No exception will be granted, everybody must follow the same security rules.
- Click on the “Get verification code” button to get the code. For users choosing to use “Email address” to reset the password, please be reminded to check you check Junk/Spam mailbox. For users that have been KYC approved previously and in the future, you are required to fill in your ID/passport number due to security reasons. The ID/passport number is case-sensitive.
