Fed-Ex Forum should update their website so that no matter what page a visitor lands on they receive notifications about Covid-19 and how it impacts the daily operations. I attended the Grizzlies vs Golden State game on Saturday, March 20th, 2021 and didn’t know until after I got there and had gone through the security screening that they were only offering hotdogs or hamburgers via concessions. As a pescatarian, I do not eat pigs, cows, chickens, lamb, etc. When I visited the concession section of the website, it didn’t state that only two items would be offered. If I had known, I would have eaten something before I came. I couldn’t properly plan because the website isn’t properly updated with the current concessions information. Additionally, even with a limited menu any place that serves food should try to accommodate all diets. There should have been at least one item available to purchase to accommodate anyone who may be a pescatarian, a vegetarian or a vegan. The Forum should include their offerings to at least three items – 1) Hotdogs 2) Hamburgers 3) Popcorn or Fries so that everyone, no matter their diet can have something to eat.
