1. How to do KYC?
Go to Wallet > Euro > Deposit and follow instruction
The document request are :
- Enter profile information (if profile information are different respect to the document the account is not verified and is not possible change it)
- Id proof, Identity card for EU citizen and Passport for outside EU
- Address proof: Utility bill or bank statement with stamp of the bank (we need picture and not screenshot)
- Selfie with document and sheet with “Folgory and date of the day”
- Video with document on the hand ( optional . is possible that in second time Folgory require also this proof)
2. How do I check my balance?
- Click on Wallet and you will see a screen with your total account balance and also with the detail of the different digital coins.
3. How do I make a deposit?
- Once you have completed the registration process go to the Dashboard and on the left you will find the wording “Fiat Currency”:
- click on “Deposit” and upload your documents, they will be checked as soon as possible (you will receive an e-mail of verification).
- When your documents are verified, register your IBAN and / or your credit card, from that moment on you can deposit as many times as you want.
