Lost my 2fa and have submitted everything Hotbit request to only be given a run around. It’s been going on 2weeks and they reply with comments that seem sarcastic due to no other comments following. Very difficult to work with. I admit their platform has more coins and easier to navigate than many others. I think some courses on good customer service and communication skills would do them great food.
