This is a long story. I opened a current account with HSBC in 2013 and was using it until 2018. In 2017, HSBC flagged my account for suspicious activity because I had deposited cash into it, not millions, just a few thousand dirhams. Then asked me to submit proof of funds for that money. Even for online transfers from my friend, they asked for the salary receipt of my friends bank account to be submitted. This is highly intrusive behavior and I decided not to furnish all the details that the bank is asking for. HSBC said they will close my account if I do not submit the documentation and I was fine with that. Its been 2years now and they are still dragging their feet in closing the account.
I have a account number in uk hsbc , they are bastards they don’t respond to me , I need my money could you tell to them that send me it !
I have a complaint regarding my (HSBC machine) withdrawal yesterday 13th Sept.-2023 in LuLu hypermarket from machine there is no money dispensed and it showing on the slip CANCELLED . My debit card is not a HSBC (other bank), can you help me how to return my money. Appreciate if someone is reply on my query.
