Hi hyundry , I want to send a video for you
Please guide me
I have a warranty issue and trying to contact Hyundai in Korea is very difficult. No customer service in Ireland, refuse to discuss warranty and gearbox issues. Car has little mileage and this is affecting other owners as well and Hyundai are not acknowledging the problem. I contacted Dublin, Korea and their PR section and no one will respond. Poor service.
It’s been more than two months now that the air bag doesn’t work and hyunday can’t supply it.
The question is, the delivery can last many months and the car can no longer be used?

I have paint problem with my car. Since the car is still under warranty, I took it to Hyundai Habour View in Durban . Initially, I was informed that the car was painted meanwhile I bought it new. I took it to Hyundai Westwood where I bought the car. The manager there contacted Hyundai Habour View. After the call, I was then informed to take the car back to Hyundai Habour View.
When I got to Hyundai Harbour View, I was told to take the car to a body shop for assessment. I took the car for assessment, pictures were taken and was informed that Harbour View would contact me. I have since been to Harbour View about five times. Every time , I’m told pictures have been taken and sent to head office for approval. Six months has since passed playing this cat and mouse game.
I’m really tire of this treatment. Lately, I’ve been told that system has been offline for some time but I managed to book the car for service. It made me wonder if the system selects warranty jobs but allows service jobs to be booked in.
I’m starting to believe that they are just buying time or are running a scam. It can’t be that after 6 months, I still dont have approval.
Very very very bad service
