Hi,
I see substitutes on the field all the time, especially when bowlers are done with their bowling quota. I see so many teams use (misuse) this all the time with fielders like Anukul Roy fielding an upside of 10 overs in a 20 over game even if he is not in the playing eleven. Is there something in the rule books that prevents this and if not, is it worth including it in the rules.
