i had worst experience in kfc barka opposite lulu barka branch,
manager has worst behavior his name Hani, i think he is the branch manager,
talking rude and miss behave. They serve basket which isn’t that much Hot, i ask him to change, and he denied and said its hot if you want i will give you thermometer in your hand check yourself,
Such embarrassing behavior this guy had, even some other staff said don’t talk to him he use to talk like this way.
Please take the seriouse action against this guy, its not good for your kfc oman repute and this branch as well.
Yesterday we bought 12 pcs bucket chicken from Ruwi KFC it was my first time to take from that branch

Today i visit KFC Oman Barka Branches staff give cold chicken pcs when we ask them to give us hot the Branch manager behaviour was very rude, non sense, stupid, I was shocked he argued and said take my name complaint where ever you want, is this type of training they are getting from KFC, it’s big thing people choose to eat one leading name is KFC from last many years ia m visiting every where.

One of the workers wiped the counter with his bare hands and then proceeded to pack my food without gloves and his hands were touching my food.. most workers there, except for the cook does not wear any gloves.. plus, the guy at the counter doesn’t bill the correct items and this happens every time i go there. For instance, If i ask for somethin that is 2 rials he will bill an item that is 2.200 and would justify and argue that it doesn’t make much difference and that its only just a few extra baisas, this has been going on for the past 2 months at this place now.

Today morning I ordered zinger burger 🍔 from muscat airport outlet and they make the burger with strips instead of zinger patty. As per them it is in SOP of kfc.🤔 I worked for KFC for 3 years we never followed that kind of SOP in kfc making zinger with strips sound like funny.. kindly looking to this matter and get back to me if you need I have pictures And bill as well
