I had a very bad experience on 12th night in your Jawatte outlet. First I went to Racecourse outlet. This was around 7 pm. To but 10pcs bucket promo. There was nothing in shelves and they wanted me to stay there for 30 minutes to prepare. You all are open till 11 in the night. By 7 no food. Then Jawatee was horrible. They had the stuff. But QR code reader was broken. There were two machines non of them were working. There was a guy in black shirt and red tie. Supposed to be the duty Manager. He was very rude and argived with me. Its there duty to check whether machines are in good order. These people check them when customer arrives. This was to deduct 1000/- from total bill as I had your vouchers. You must have a system to deduct manually if there is a problem like this. Also this fellow is not suitable to handle a out let of a leading food chain. He is good for peliyagoda fish market. He is not supposed to have confrontations with customers. Then a girl came in red tie and black shirt supposed to be a Manager with in few minutes rectified the error in machine. They never apologized for this. I will be writing to your top management including the Chairman regarding this fellows behaviour and never visit you Race Course and Jawatte out let’s again.
