Due to no call back from any one, I contacted your branch mobile number ( 054 2048172 ) again & your branch manager not even coming to the line & one person picked up the call after many tries.
Your branch manager promised to call me back to resolve this issue but she never called me back & after many tries on branch mobile phone another person picked up & he is telling me this is my phone & not branch manager phone.

Hi Niran,
Thanks for taking out time to share your experience. We have recorded your feedback.
First of all, your delivery driver has no manners & is very rude to me. He doesn’t even know how to talk to customers properly. When I say I will complain about you, her replied saying “ I don’t care about your complain ”Secondly, the normal 4pcs box price is AED. 32.00 & I paid extra AED. 38.50 to get 4pcs large & what I got is 1 small wing & 1 small leg& very small 2pcs & this is not what I ordered. If you are delivering like this ( 1 small wing & 1 small leg & very small 2pcs ), you have to specifically mention on your website what you are delivering the same way you mentioned on other orders. My understanding is for 4 large PCs means I will get 4 large PCs without wings &legs. When I discussed this with your branch manager, she told me this is what you ordered & we delivered the same & I did not order all these small PCs & I ordered 4 large PCs. & paid an extra amount. I requested branch manager to re-arrange my order as I orders( 4 large pcs. ) & she directly refused informing “ I don’t have driver available to do this ”Can you please look into this & re-arrange my order for the 4 large PCs to keep good customer relationship in future. Awaiting your urgent reply.
