I would like to leave a formal complaint about the KFC in Ha Long City Vietnam. I am an American English teacher and I would like to say that in 5 years I have gone to the Ha Long City KFC many times and most of the time it’s a good experience, However 4 times in 5 years I’ve been discriminated against. I wait in line like everyone else. My turn comes to order and the cashier ignores me and lets Vietnamese people bypass me in line. This happened again today 6/23/23. The manager was standing right there and did nothing to solve the problem. I’ve been eating at KFC for over 50 years back in the USA and never once had a problem, but I come here to Vietnam and I run into some racist people. The cashier is working for an American company but is allowed to discriminate against an American citizen. This should not be happening and I truly hope you get to the bottom of my complaint. I have pictures of the store, the manager and the cashier who ignored me if that will help. Send me an email and I will send them to you. Do nothing and I will boycott KFC forever.
