Luno seems to allow transactions to pend for days, even months with no help from their support group. Bitcoin transactions, withdrawals, deposits, in all of it just delays. Just don’t expect to get any funds back in return. I’m currently experiencing a withdrawal issue for days and nothing has been fixed as yet. They don’t care about your money, or how and where it’s gone.

By looking at all the reviews so far, your track record doesn’t look good. I’ve been locked out of my account after supplying everything initially needed for verification since 17 September 2021. It’s the 5’th of October today, almost 3-weeks later, and still, to date, after supplying Luno with EVERYTHING required, I’m STILL locked out of my account. This is utterly ridiculous for a company such as Luno to be so irresponsive, especially when working with people’s money. You treat your customers as if you’re doing them a favour by taking weeks on end to respond to serious issues such as locking people out of their accounts, with NO feedback or interactivity to communicate to your customers. How are you expecting to survive as a business if this is how you provide your services? It is only a matter of time until your poor customer service will be known across South Africa, and people will be avoiding signing up with you.

My wife invested 50000,00 I invested 10000,00 and my son invested 50000,00 with luno as from 2016. Everytime when we try to withdraw money they require us to furnish them with our documents for varifiy. We have been furnishing them with the documents, up until to date, we received nothing.
