Dear Sir or Maddam: Today 10-30-2019 at or about 12:30,1:00 pm, I had the missfourtune to be in the lobby of your Fairfeld hotel in Ft. Morgan. Where the desk cleark her name is uma and the wife of the manger in front of my self and a Ft. Morgan Police Officer screamed at a black female “Fuck You”at that point the officer escorted uma to a room off the front desk . I was horrified to hear her use such language. Uma being a front desk employee who by your standards is suppose to greet people. This black woman did nothing to receive this kind of abuse she was there to get her last check.I’m am sure or at least hopeful u don’t allow this kind of abuse from managements family but I have heard and seen this it happens frequently at this hotel with or with out guest present.
Forgot to mention Ft. Morgan Colorado
