I paid last month the old 2019 May amount Rs 5146 on the correct before the due date but after two days the current consumption charge is 2190, I already paid 5146, how can I get back the balance amount, are you adjust the balance in the next bill please give me a reply, thank you. They are useless, they won’t reply, let’s wait for it moves to private, atleast let’s fight and get the service…

I gave the complaint but not slove my problem
No power for the past three hours. I called CC center. They respond. But problem not yet solved.
Useless….waste of time ..No action is taken after the complainant…
Correct. Very good initiative but no follow up. What is the use?
The rep asking me to contact/inform the local EB office. If they solve my 5+year issue, why am I complaining it here.
I registered a complaint on 19th April. After 24hrs, no one contacted from EB office. I following Minnagam CS for the 4th time now.

Dear Sir,
Sub : Electric wire passing through my land.
I am the owner of the above plot (Next to House No. Plot No. 48/36, Mr. Sambasiva Rao)
Few years ago, Pattabiram branch TNEB Linemen, had illegally put Electric wire in my vacant plot without taking my permission. The current wire is passing overhead from 4th street to 3rd street of Vinayagar Koil Street. Photos of the wire passing through, are attached herewith.
I have visited TNEB Pattabiram Office and spoke to the Staff and their Assistant Engineer several times to remove the wire, but of no use.
Instead of apologizing to move for having put the wire illegally and remove the wire, the TNEB officials are asking money for the removal of the wire.
Since the wire is lying low on our land, one of the worker got current shock.
I am unable to construct house in the above plot as the wire is blocking the construction. And also I am unable to to sell part of the land for my daughters marriage expenses.
I Kindly request you Sir to take up the matter the TNEB Pattabiram Office to remove the wire immediately.

Today, I have reported the low voltage issue at call centre during very late night 12.29 hrs on dt. 25/07/2023 to the call centre executive. He conversed me very politely even i had called at late night also. After 35 minutes low voltage issue had been solved. We had a good sleep after that issue solved. I sincerely appreciate the MINNAGAM call centre executive person for timely solving the issue. And I thanking our Hon CM Mr. M. K. STALIN sir, for initating a very good platform called “MINNAGAM 24×7” to the people of tamilnadu. Thank you sir.
