Returning an item

Due to current restrictions, they have extended our return policy from 14 days to 28 days from your delivery date.

  • When you’re ready to return, select ‘create a return’.
  • Enter your order number and delivery postcode/ email address and choose the items to return.
  • Choose your most convenient return method. Print your personalized return label or generate a QR code to scan in-store.
  • Return your parcel to your nearest drop-off point.

1. Can I cancel or amend my order?

  • Once your order has been placed, amendments and cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
  • If you request cancellation via live chat within 15 minutes of placing your order, we will attempt to cancel the order before it is dispatched. After 15 minutes we cannot cancel your order, but you can return unworn items for free within 28 days of delivery using the returns portal.

2. Where is my order?

  • When your order’s ready to leave our warehouse we’ll email to let you know. Then you can track your order for regular updates.
  • Only just ordered? You can check your order status and contact details in My Account.
