1. How will I know if my order was successfully placed?
- If you received an order number and/or confirmation email from us, the order was placed successfully! This information should also be reflected in your ModCloth account. Once logged in, navigate to your Order History and select the most recent order. From there, you will be able to reference the date/time placed, total, and status.
2. Can I cancel my order?
- As long as you give us a call at (888) 495-9699 within 60 minutes of placing your order, we’ll be happy to process a cancellation.
3. Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
- Our Customer Care team is happy to make the following adjustments to your order within 60 minutes of it being placed:
- Update Shipping Address
- Update Shipping Method
- Cancel Order
- Cancel individual items.
