Can I open my insurance card online please.
Its Worst insurance in the world, my wife is waiting the approval for a surgery (NMC Hospital Specialty), Dr. Iram, since Feb 12, 2023 till Mar 10, 2023 and there is no update.
I made a complain on Mar 06, 2023, hence the complained closed without approval or any update.
I will not wait for my wife to die because of NAS employee disrespectful the client request!!!
I would recommend to have a call from a Manager representative to update us, What is going on here?
I need to see action with incorrect person in wrong position!!!
