Let me start with very bad service form warranty support team in Saudi Arabia, Riyadh. I am struggling to get update on my warranty claim since 1 week.
When ever i contact them via whatsapp “we raised a complaint and our relevant department and they will contact you within 24 Hours”
They called me after 3 days although it was said 24 hrs, while talking to one the guy in Saudi Riyadh, phone got disconnected. They don’t have courtesy to call back me and complete the communication. Unfortunately I cannot call back as the number which appear on my phone is not reachable, except keep messaging them on WhatsAPP (+971 800 38888).
I receive 4 times email from [email protected] asking me to provide picture from all sides of laptop.
I already sent 4 times email to [email protected] with details and pictures of surface pro. Since then no update nor call from Saudi Arabia team.
The worst service form Saudi Arabia support team.
I made a big mistake buying that expensive product of SAR 7900 from NOON.
I suggest never buy anything for NOON in future, better to go with SOUQ.com, they are far better then NOON.

I have received iphone 5S today which was ordered on 10th SEP, but have request for return because the screen of mobile phone is damaged.
would like to know when can your pick up boy will come to receive damaged phone. Also would like to know how can I receive by refund as I have paid the amount by cash

Shipment no.- NAEB90012941087-S1 Noon delivered my order Saturday 14th September 2019 in the afternoon,when I reached home and checked the item it was incomplete,the time itself I call a customer service and complain,he said that he will contact noon then noon will contact me 3 days maximum the day I call, and now I didnt recieve a single call from Noon.This is my first and eventually my last purchased on noon,I thought Noon is different online shopping in other company…but I’m so disappointed with the delivery of my goods.

Very bad delivery!!!!
I ordered one storage box on 5th September 2019 and scheduled date of delivery was 07th September 2019 and today date is 22 September 2019. Complained to customer about 3 times & everytime I raise a complain they promise me to deliver it in 24 hours but till now it is pending. I will never use noon again for ordering anything. Worst experience ever.
Its my first time to buy a phone from noon.com. and its is the baddest experience in my entire life. The customer care they lied to me about the delivery. Its supposed to be delivered yesterday and when i called them they said the person is out for delivery and i waited from morning until evening noone called me or deliver anything. I raised a complaint but there was no response also. I called the customer care today and i told them about yesterday they said no the person is out for delivery today i told then that you guys said the person is out for delivery since yesterday. They said no yesterday they were preparing the shipment i told them then you guys lied to me yesterday and keep me waiting all day. That very bad. They are very very bad . They don’t care about the customer. They don’t care about anything. Only if they got their money and that’s it . So i don’t advise people to buy from this company. Its very bad company

اسوا خدمه من بين كل الشركات
انا طلبت منتج ودفعت قيمته ١١٥٠ درهم زي ما ظهر عالموقع واتاكدت من خلال الشات ان المنتج يوصلني مش refurbished ويكون اصلي
وصلني منتج مختلف تماما ( برفيوم) ولما اعمل شكوي مفيش اهتمام الا لو انا سالت وتابعت برغم الخطا من طرفكم ولا يوجد اي انواع من خدمه العملاء … ردود روتينيه وعدم اهتمام اطلاقا
وبعد كل ده تم الافاده هنسترجع المنتج الخطا ونلغي الطلب وتسترجع فلوسكة الطلب وارجع اعيد الكره من الاول واطلب ممكن يكون وقتها العرض انتهي وسعر المنتج اختلف
كل ده خطا وانا مش هتحمل خطاكم
يكفي التاخير حتي الان و الوقت والاتصالات عشان احل مشكله من طرفكم انتم

I already sent a shared Picture over email to [email protected] Since then no update nor call from the Dubai Noon team.
The worst service form the Dubai support team.
I made a big mistake buying that expensive product IPHONE from NOON.
I suggest never buy anything for NOON in the future, better to go with Sharaf DG, they are far better then NOON.

Noon customer care and operations is terrible. They sent wrong items. Imagine getting 6 pieces of the same serum!! 6!! And they missed an entire item in delivery. Not to mention they charged me extra for Next Day Delivery, only to tell me later that several items in my cart were “not” eligible for Next Day Delivery, ending up with the standard delivery time for extra charge! And to add to all this, they havent refunded money they confirmed they would refund on Nov 1. Its Nov 23. All their support team does is send auto replies with no resolution or contact. Its so frustrating. Recommend no body use Noon.
I haven’t received my refund yet.returned november 8 the money has not arrived yet.

worst service – not reliable . we ordered grocery worth Aed 202 on 25/9/2021. delivered the items on 26/9/2021, but only partial delivery was made . several items were not delivered ( worth Aed 20 )and didnt had the courtesy to inform us. when we contacted them, then only they informed that those were not delivered and will be refunded , but only through noon credit . ie. we have to depend again on this unreliable service . if my wife hadnt checked, would have left un noticed
Last Dec 01 2021, I placed an order for Olay product 100gms, last Dec 02, 2021 I received the wrong grams. and I called right away to customer service and he told me CLEARLY that they will replace with the correct order and not to refunded it. And ive been waiting since 08 Dec 2021, to collect the wrong order and they just collect it today only. They even postponed the date of collecting the item twice, and this is so disappointed. What more it disappoint me is with your poor customer service and rude staff .I received i call from one of you representative today. He spoke to me very rudely from the begging of our conversation to end . And im still not done explaining, he hung up the call .WHAT A RUDE STAFF!! We respect your policy and what about the customer right?Do you have this customer right? NO! At the first place it is not the customer fault why you send the wrong order and defect order .it is mentioned it clearly to our orders the specific order along with the picture in it. What is the point of these then ? Why the customer needs to be suffered bu your wrong doings .if you dont want the customer to exchange their item and replace to correct one, then stop doing this,sending us the defect or wrong order . And telling us that you cant replace or exchange,but to refund it and stop bragging/understand to us your policy! We expected a good service and know the customer right and NOT A RUDE STAFF who will make the things worst

First you guys make me wait for 12 freaking days for my package I’ve Complained but in a respected way even on the phone while complaining I’ve nerver shouted or used disrespected words . all the time you guys are calling me and asking my location over and over again which I’ve told you thousands times .on the other hand one lady who is calling every time after my complaint is very rude she has literally zero respect for a person customers are still far ..I am also working in customer services and I literally know how to serve a customer at any condition which is of course with respect because I know I’m getting paid because of customers. But some people like your ludy staff is far way to understand this .I wish I knew her name so that she’ll be high lighted.
I like to order online no matter how small or big online app I’ve used but seriously small companies they know better then you how to serve customers .
If I didn’t receive my package today I will request for refund of course noon which is a big company will not get effective with this but I will make sure not to use noon anymore.
The worst experience ever had .
