I have never stayed in a dirtier place anywhere in the world. The call centre is not worth talking to because they know nothing and DO NOT ANSWER THE QUESTION . This place is cockroach invested and full of mould. The so call attendant’s tell you stories that no one can believe. Never would I recommend OYO GROUP to anyone.
I really don’t know what to start with, I’m disappointed in OYO, you book a room pay for it, and at the time of checking in the SHH Hotel reception couldn’t give me the room key, after giving out all the check in requirements, valid ID but suggested to open for me again and again when I’m going in and out. Which kind of hospitality is this, but this didn’t come to an end, then I demanded for my refund because I couldn’t access the room, and the refund isn’t allowed. What kind of fraud if I may call it is this.
You sent me an email asking me of my bank account details so that you refund back, then you neglected me and days after I called you, you try to fool me.
With the OYO Guest experience team mr. Devanshu Bahukhandi telling me it’s not possible to refund due to “define the T&C” .
Sounds like scammers
Where is it stated in the “define the T&C” that after checking in the hotel staff should be opening for me in and out of my room. Is that giving someone privacy. Show some dignity

Oyo rooms are known scammers in India for their pathetic service. One would expect that they behave decently in UAE with the strict government rules for customer service. I think people should start complaining to the UAE government authorities to get proper solution to their grievances with OYO rooms in Dubai. Dubai DED should be able to help.

What a bad experience, the OYO Agent Called Emanuel from Dubai Office, booked me a flat in the JVC and the minuet I moved in I found The place not clean, toilet floor drain was blocked and I had a swimming pool on the floor, the water started dripping when I switched in the Geyser, the washing machine drainage pipe was throwing the water inside the kitchen, no toilet kit, Called the agent who was extremely disrespectful, and he never fixed the water dripping and never bought the toilet kit despite of the repeated promises, on top of that he gave me a check out date and requested me violently to leave a day before claiming that the date was wrong and it was a human error, tried to report the issue to his head office, I was told that I must accept the human error!! threatened by them that they will break into the flat and they will report me to the Tourism department, I am really unsure who is responsible for running this business here in UAE and why OYO has such unprofessional team in a country like the Great UAE
