I am asking, can I have a guideline on what to do to go to Singapore. What are the requirements needed.
Very poor service avoid scoot
They only give good service to certain people and nationalities.
Crappy service – all the way from Perth to Singapore.
At Perth Airport – FORCED me to pay for my baggage IN CASH – apparently, the checkin counter is so backward, they don’t even have a simple ATM machine. Eventually they accepted SGD$100 which I am FORCED ro exchange at the forex counter – and swallowed the SGD$10 change “because we don’t give change in Singapore dollars.” This coming from a SINGAPORE airline – makes perfect sense.
Well I thought the drama ended there – boy, how wrong I was. During flight, I ordered and paid for a minestrone soup with rice dish. The stewardess took my order, and mentioned a 20-minute wait – fair enough. What I didn’t anticipate is my meal NEVER came- and this is after they distributed EVERYONE else’s orders. Well after that white guy behind me – who btw ordered exactly the same dish I did, going by the smell – finished his meal, I STILL did not get my dinner. This happened well over half an hour.
And them stewardesses be sashaying all over the place like extras on Project Runway – ha! Eventually I asked for a refund – only then one of them came and offered some insincere apology, along with the food. Seriously – you think I’m still hungry for your nonsense after all this?!!! I’m paying to be humiliated and abused by your staff -I don’t think so. I WANT A REFUND
I boarded the flight to Surabaya by Scoot Airline.Upon arriving, I realized my luggage was not at the baggage belt. I went to the Airline counter and was told to come back at 7pm Indonesian time to retrieve as the next flight would arrive. I went back at 7pm but my luggage was not there as well. They told me to fill in the PIR form and wait for their call. After waiting for 2 days, I have not heard from them. My employer has emailed Scoot on baggage but till date no reply.
