I wish to file a Complaint
Dear Sir , Today 09.01.23 at 12.30pm my wife and I was at Singtel CWP for a exchange on a remote control.I encounter a UOB Mr. Joewell promoter using “Sieow” on my wife and me after a dispute did complaint to Mr.Daniel the manager.Please look into this matter as this is a very sensitive issue for UOB promoter to intervine as this was not his call of duty,as a Singtel customer for been so many years,this is the first time a insert of harassment to us,please reply to my complaint as I want to bring this matter to a higher level.

Dear Singtel,
This Corporate mobile no. 98339770 belongs to Dynacast Singapore Pte Ltd. On 12th Feb I bought a 1GB auto roaming to Indonesia. On 13th Feb, I switch on my roaming and went into Batam Indonesia, upon entering Indonesia I receive few messages that my mobile was charged till $500 that makes me panic and off my roaming service. Can you please look into this issues and get back to me as soon as possible?
