Four of us went to six flags today with 4 season passes. We were BEYOND DISSAPOINTED. After waiting for an hour plus at the first ride and it breaking down we thought, ya know it happens. We decided to buy the fast passes to help with the wait. $360 later after we all purchased the “gold fast pass” ($90 each) we were excited to skip lines and ride. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN! We had “setbacks” and “technical difficulties” resulting in delays of unknown times at almost every one of the 10 “thrill rides” that were open. In a 7 hour day with fast passes we were only able to ride 7 rides total, with 4 of those having delays resulting in hours wasted. The 4 of us spent a total of over $700 and rode 7 rides. Absolutely ridiculous. I am HOPING six flags will/can do something for us in exchange for our frustration. Not to mention the corporate website makes it damn near impossible to even lodge a complaint.
