1. Can I use T slim without Dexcom?
- The t:slim X2 insulin pump can be used with or without continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). For your patients who do use CGM, you can also prescribe either Control-IQ or Basal-IQ® technology for automated insulin delivery.
2. Is the tandem insulin pump waterproof?
- Tandem pumps are watertight (IPX 7), tested to a depth of three feet for up to 30 minutes. Users can have peace of mind knowing that their pump is safe in the event of accidental submersion.
