Hello, I’ve returned my last EU BOOM 2 before for a defect and now this one isn’t working either. I’ve read up online about this problem and there seems to be nothing I can do. It’ll pair up for any device but I’ll hear no sound at all. I’ll shut it off and turn it back on and I’ve unpaired it and repaired it up with no luck. I’ve pressed the power button and volume down button and with the “hard reset” it still does nothing for me. I’ve used my app and looked for recent updates and I’m all caught up on them too. I was just wondering what you can do for me? Is there something else you know of that’ll work or is there a way for the company to replace this speaker for me? I do like the speaker and would love to get this one working or have it replaced. Thank you!
I’m still waiting for my speaker it’s been over 3 weeks now. I had a problem ordering so I was told to cancel my complete order & order using the promo code. I use PayPal to pay unfamiliar retailers. Please if you can Please find out when my speaker will be sent. Thank you,,
