1. Can I apply for termination electronically?
- Due to the lack of the possibility of identifying the client and in order to avoid fraudulent actions of third parties, the acceptance of applications for the termination in electronic form is currently not carried out. This opportunity will soon be available in the personal account of the client of IJSC “VSK”
2. How long will the application be considered and the refund will be made?
- Consideration of the application, making a decision on the return and transfer of funds is carried out within 14 calendar days from the date of submission of all the necessary documents. Please note that VSK IJSC cannot be held responsible for the timing of the movement of funds on the site of the Bank – the recipient of the payment
3. How to find out the refund amount upon the termination of the insurance contract?
- The conditions and procedure for the return of the insurance premium are specified in the insurance contract and the insurance rules on the terms of which the specified contract was concluded. You can find out the exact amount of the refund upon termination by first sending an official request to the Insurance House. You must attach a copy of the insurance contract and a copy of your identity document to your request.
