1. How to pass the KYC verification?
- The process of verification is very easy. It will only take a few minutes.
- Log in to your account and go to the Verification section.
- Enter all the personal information (keep in mind that fields can’t be left blank).
- Attach a photo of one of the necessary documents: passport, national ID Card or driver’s license.
- Take a selfie with your document and a note with today’s date, signature, and “WhiteBIT.com” written on it. Attach it too.
2. When you sign up on WhiteBIT?
you’ll have 3 types of Balances:
- Main
- Trade
- Margin
There are 3 types of Balances for extra security and convenience. You can control your funds even better: trade only the assets from your Trade or Margin Balances, and don’t worry about Main Balance. You can transfer your funds back and forth at any time.
Main Balance allows:
- deposits;
- withdrawals;
- receiving interests for referrals;
- activating WhiteBIT codes;
- receiving funds after WhiteBIT codes activation;
- activating SMART Staking plans;
- receiving interests after closing SMART Staking Plan
Trade Balance is designed for spot trading only (placing all types of orders).
- To start trading, one should transfer the required amount of funds from Main to Trade Balance.
Margin Balance is for margin trading only.
- To start trading with the х5 leverage, one should transfer the required amount of funds from Main to Margin Balance.
